LINE DANCING

This 60 minute class is appropriate for all fitness levels. Participants will learn a pattern of choreographed moves set to R&B and Hip Hop music. Guaranteed fun and great music!

ZUMBA

A 60 minute dance party combines Latin and international music with fun and effective workout moves.

CARDIO FIT

Is an aerobic workout that will boost endurance and metabolism, strengthen muscles and burn calories. Participants go through an array of heart-rate elevating exercises such as marching, jumping jacks, jogging and squats. Modifications can be made for a variety of fitness levels.

 

 

 

 

 

 SOUL CYCLING

Low-impact, joint friendly and simulates outdoor riding with sprinting, hill climbing and other techniques guaranteed to get your heart pumping!

 

 

 

 

 

 

YOGA

This 45 minute class exercises the body and relaxes the mind. It will take away stress and bring peace for the mind, body  and soul.

 

 

 

 

 

 PEARL STRONG FITNESS
